Our shaft production process begins with high-quality round bars from Baosteel. These are first rough-turned on a CNC using axle rotation, then heat treated to ensure material strength.After that, we perform precision turning and mill the locking groove on a machining center. Finally, the blade holder is professionally welded by our experienced technicians, ensuring both strength and precision.
